An operator account always needs a second factor. Scan this with an authenticator app — Google Authenticator, 1Password, or whatever you already use — then type the six digits it shows.
Can’t scan it? Type this key into the app by hand:
Write that key down and keep it somewhere safe. There are no backup codes. If you lose the phone and the key, you lose operator access to your own product and it has to be reset from the database.
