PAVE built by a CFI for a CFI

PAVE is the working record a flight instructor keeps for a student β€” from intake all the way through the checkride, where the DPE is handed a sheet with everything they need. It keeps your bookkeeping straight and every important date and milestone for training in front of you — and most of all, it keeps your integrity intact.

PAVE exists to give you your evenings back. The endorsements are written, the hours add themselves, the checkride sheet assembles itself β€” so the time you spend with your students goes to teaching rather than paperwork.

PAVE is a powerful teaching tool. It starts in the most important place: SAFETY. It teaches a student good habits and helps a CFI stay on top of the safety risks. It helps keep you compliant and stores your records safely. It's the only tool you need to run a flight school.

From the first sign-in with PAVE, to the handshake after the check ride

Hold the line with them all the way to the check ride that actually happens.

PAVE is cheap insurance for an expensive day.

01

Enroll

You send them in. They open PAVE, they agree, they carry it.

02

Train

Hours write themselves. Every login asks. You see what still slips before you brief.

03

Gate

A lock, not a reminder. Credentials, currency, today’s forms β€” or the airplane stays tied.

04

The sheet

Training and paper, already laid out. Print will not fire until every line is true.

05

Handshake

They fly it. You both leave having done the day.

Why PAVE exists

The airplane never moved.

PAVE exists because a morning ended at the table. A form that was not ready. An endorsement missing, or worded wrong. An examiner who had cleared the day. A student who had already paid. The airplane never left the tie-down.

The cost never lands on the person who misplaced the page. It lands on the student β€” another rental, another examiner, another month of currency running out β€” and the particular quiet of being ready to fly and being sent home over a signature.

Cheap insurance against that embarrassing, costly morning.

Who is PAVE for

Built for the person in the right seat. Made for the people who put them there.

Students

Yours to keep. Yours to take.

Walk into the next field. Open PAVE. They already know the ground you have covered.

Instructors

The hours belong to the student again.

PAVE holds the pile. You hold the briefing. That is the love of it, given back.

Schools

See the whole hangar. Move anyone. Rebuild nothing.

Who is on the books. Who is ready. Who can pick them up today.

Rentals

Their airplanes. No one else’s.

A renter never meets the twin they cannot take. The board already knows them.

Big-shop safety tools. Small shop. No big-shop attitude.

You do not buy a seat. The student pays $29 for the file. On the first three PPL, that $29 is a stipend to you. Keep it, or let your student have it. Choice is yours. Limited time. Seats already open stay as they were. Then we look.

Start with PAVE now

Give someone the sky. Keep the morning.

You add them. They open PAVE and agree. Start with PAVE. End with safety.

PAVE is a tracking aid and record. It does not give legal advice and does not make anybody compliant on its own. The signed logbook remains the legal record.
