Excellent Training
Nothing missed. Nothing forgotten. What you are not comfortable with comes back in the training until it is.
You are in the training, not a folder someone else keeps. Every time you open PAVE you are asked a few questions, so the person in the right seat already knows the ground. On the syllabus, you mark the work you want more of. That is how the hours stay true — and how an instructor stays in tune.
Nothing left behind
The lesson, the hour, the endorsement — it is on the file or it does not count as done. Nothing falls through.
It comes around again
What you are not comfortable with does not get a check and a goodbye. It comes back until you can do it.
You mark what you need
A quiz when you log in. A mark on the syllabus where you want more of it. Your instructor sees both before you brief.
The lock is for your safety
The airplane stays on the ground unless the file says you can go.
That is the safety. Not a reminder in someone’s pocket. A lock in the record. You cannot put yourself on a solo the file will not clear. A tail you are not signed off for never makes the board. The person in the right seat is not hoping you remembered — the slot already knows.
Papers first
Medical, checkout, currency — they live on the file. If one is missing, the morning does not start.
Only the tails you can take
The board does not offer a ship you have not been signed off in. You never meet it.
Solo when the file says so
You do not book an empty seat the record will not release. If you are not supposed to be out there alone, the slot stays shut — and it names why.
Not locked down
Walk in. Open it. They pick up the hours you already flew.
You arrive with PAVE. The next CFI opens it, takes you in, and sees the ground already covered — checkout, currency, the work that does not need doing twice. If they are not on PAVE yet, they get invited. That is how the magenta line crosses a field.
The record goes with you
Lessons, hours, the quiz, the gaps you named. Changing CFI or changing fields is not a reconstruction.
A checkout, not a redo
They can put you in an airplane, see that you are current, and pick up the line. The ground you have already covered stays covered.
You can stop
Discontinue from your copy. Your instructor is told. History stays readable. What you flew is still yours.
Every login
A few questions. Then the hours already know where to go.

Find a CFI. Find a school. Only the ones who want to be found.
