Their file
Credentials, last flight, the checkout. Medical, flight review, certificates. Five document slots: medical, ID, pilot certificate, insurance, photo.

Start with PAVE
Same PAVE the student carries — cut to the renter job. No syllabus. Currency, checkout, documents, personal minimums, a FRAT, a logbook, and a board that will not offer a tail they cannot take. Flight Schedule Pro is a calendar. This is the record that writes the list.
The board already knows
Checkout and currency write the list. A renter without papers never meets the tail. A student cannot take a solo the file will not release. The lock is the product — not a note on the counter, not a memory at 5 p.m.
Papers on the file
Credentials, last flight, the checkout. If they are not current, the airplane is not on their glass.
Only what they can take
The Mooney, the twin, a ship they have not been signed off in — not even offered. The board is short on purpose.
Empty seats that stay empty
A solo the record will not clear never goes live. The tail stays tied and names why. A gap in the day is not a clearance.
What they actually hold
Credentials, last flight, the checkout. Medical, flight review, certificates. Five document slots: medical, ID, pilot certificate, insurance, photo.
Hours they flew. Not a second tally in a book the hangar keeps and they never see.
The tails they are signed off in. That is the list. The Mooney and the twin stay off the glass until the checkout is on the file.
Pilot, Aircraft, enVironment, External — on the booking, named, colored, and why. Book will not go live if a lock is still shut. A reminder is not a clearance.
Request dual, a flight review, an IPC, a checkout. The school or the CFI sees the ask. It is not a voicemail on Saturday.
Personal minimums on their file. A risk picture before they take the key. The hangar can see they did the work.
If they want it — a simple place for their credentials, their currency, the last time they flew. The hangar sees what it needs. A renter who is not current, or has not flown in a long time, does not get the airplane. Another lock. For everybody.
A CFI flying at a school that is not on PAVE still shows. A student booked at another FBO still shows. You see the whole day — not the slice this hangar happens to own.
Tails you hold, leasebacks, club ships flown by different owners. Their availability is not locked in one calendar. It arrives here, on the school board, the renter board, and the student’s.
Checked out in two Pipers and a 172? That is the board. The Mooney, the twin, the rest of the line — not even on the glass.
A renter does not hunt a roster. A student does not scroll a hangar of instructors. Their people. Their tails. Full, and only that.
They log on and see a morning that already fits — airplanes they can take, times that are free, locks that are open. The list is short on purpose.
Currency, checkout, today’s forms. The airplane stays tied and names why. A reminder is not a clearance.
For the shop that rents tails, the program sits on the N-number, not on a pile of user seats. The board, the locks, and the file come with it.
Keep it. Other boards too. PAVE reads the feeds. Use this one when you want the person in the slot — and the day they already have somewhere else.
More than a board
A club member, an FBO renter, a school airplane on the weekend line — they open one board and it already knows them. Instructors, students, owned tails and leasebacks: availability is not trapped in a single calendar. It meets here, so everybody can see what will actually fly.
Hangar pricing is by the airplane. Students still carry their own seats. Start with PAVE.
