Start with PAVE

One hangar. One line. No one left in a folder.

Your course, held. Anyone on PAVE can pick up a student who says yes — and the work they have already done is still there, waiting.

The hangar holds

The operation does not run on someone remembering.

A name without papers does not get a tail. A ship that should sit does not go out because the board had a hole. A student cannot put themselves on a solo the record will not release. That is how a chief instructor leaves at night — the locks are in the file, not in a hallway.

  • Who is actually legal to fly

Credentials live on the record. If they are not there, the morning does not start. You see it before dispatch does.

  • A tail that should sit, sits

Checkout, currency, the day’s forms. A rental that should not leave does not leave. The board already knows.

  • No ghost solo

They cannot book an empty seat the file will not clear. If they are not supposed to be out there alone, the slot never goes live — and it says why.

See the hangar

Who just arrived. Who is ready. Where the school actually stands.

Not three logbooks and a hallway. A student from another field opens PAVE — checkout, currency, the ground already covered. You pick up the line. A transfer is a yes, not a reconstruction.

Onboarding

Identity, TSA, medical, the first file. You can see who is actually on the books — and who is still a name on a clipboard.

Where they are

Hours, stages, locks still shut. The hangar view is the school’s picture, not a stack of individual desks.

Move them

Another CFI picks them up with a yes. Weekend instructor, other field, same record. Nothing they have learned gets rebuilt.

A checkout, not a redo

They open the app. You fly a check. You know they are up to speed. The logbook does not have to be decoded first.

Inter-school

Anyone with the app can teach anyone with the app. A weekend CFI at another field is not a transfer project. The student says yes. The record is already there.

Your course, built in

Syllabi designed for your hangar — Part 141 the way the FSDO signed it, or the house rules you already fly. We build that with you. The next lesson does not open until the one before it is in the file.

Your name. Your mark. Not a new app.

Logo and school name on the file. Work inside designed for how you teach. Colours, layout, the way the page sits — those stay. So a student walking in from another field still knows where they are.

Part 61 house rules

Clubs and independent shops have their own sequence, minimums, and checkouts. Those become locks instead of tribal knowledge. Missing currency or a credential, and the slot stays shut.

Versioned

Each student carries the syllabus they started under. Revising the course does not silently re-grade people already halfway through.

Weather · sickness · maintenance

You will fly lesson nine before lesson seven. Anything whose prerequisites are met is available today. What is outstanding stays visible.

One picture of the day

An instructor flying somewhere else still shows. A student booked at another FBO still shows. Owned tails and leasebacks, club ships flown by different owners — all of it in one board, so you can see what is possible and what is not.

The renter’s board

A member checked out in two Pipers and a 172 never sees the Mooney or the twin. They can keep a small file — credentials, currency, the last time they flew — so the hangar already knows. A renter who is not current does not get the airplane.

Desk $99. Tail $10.

Paying desk covers staff and the students on it. Each tail is $10 — renters, the board, the fleet line. Walk off the desk and the student carries $29. Same file.

Already on Flight Schedule Pro?

Keep it if you want. Other boards too. PAVE reads the feeds and holds one picture — school, renter, student. A reservation here is not a rival copy. Suggested times, three night bands, and a gate before Book.

The student keeps the file

Lessons, hours, and the login quiz — what holds and what still slips. They carry that map. Changing instructor is not a re-import.

Not a user-seat pile

Do not price this school like fifteen students times $29 on the chief’s PO. The desk covers who is on it. Independents have a six-month intro on the first three PPL. That is not this programme.

One file. Two meters.

$99 on the desk. $10 on the tail. Students on that desk included.

The hangar sells the operation, not a stack of student seats. Leave the desk and the student card is $29 — the file walks. The independent spark is not a school SKU.

An instructor can hold their own account beside a seat in yours. Weekend students stay theirs.

Sectional chart under cockpit lighting

Your mark and your name on PAVE. Your syllabus inside it. The magenta line, the layout, the colours — those do not change. A student from another hangar still knows the room.

Bring the syllabus. We’ll put it in PAVE — and your name on the door.

The layout stays. So does the magenta line. Your course is what changes.
