PAVE
Instructor and student at the wing after a lesson

Instructors

Start with PAVE, and with SAFETY

Teach. Let PAVE do the rest.

Instructors: you are the most important part of PAVE. We built this app for you. You worked hard, you trained hard, and you spent a lot of money on what it took to become a CFI. We built this so you can teach — big-shop safety tools without the big-shop attitude.

PAVE is here so that you can do the job that you set out to do, Teach!

  • One CFI is enough
  • The new CFI is first
  • Works at the airplane
  • Keep FSP

The lock, not the hope

You can go home and rest easy because PAVE will not open if their credentials aren't worthy.

The product is the lock. A morning does not start on a name that is missing papers. A tail does not go out because someone found a hole in the board. A student cannot put themselves on a solo the record will not clear. You teach. The file holds the line you used to keep in your head.

  • No papers, no go

Medical, checkout, currency, today’s forms. If one is shut, the slot stays shut — and it names which. You find out in the file, not at the airplane.

  • The tail stays tied

A ship that should sit, sits. Checkout and currency decide the list. A hole in the schedule is not a clearance.

  • Solo they cannot take

If they are not supposed to be out there alone, they cannot book the empty seat. The lock is in the record. You are not the last person to notice.

Why it was built

Good training was never the problem. Keeping track of it all was.

It was built by someone who thought they had the job in hand. Trained well. Still lost in the amount there is to keep — the hours, the wording, the next true thing before anyone walks out. That is not a failure of character. That is the work, unassisted.

This is not another mouth to feed. You do not buy a seat. The student pays $29. On the first three PPL, that $29 is a stipend to you. Keep it, or let your student have it. Six months. Then we look.

The hours go back to teaching

For the love of teaching. PAVE gives the hours back to that.

They own PAVE. You own the briefing. The paper, the locks, and the next slot are already standing — so the manoeuvre they have not cracked gets you, not the clipboard.

The app is simple and intuitive. It runs like a checklist.

The watch

Three students should not live in your head.

PAVE watches while you teach. Currency. The medical. The checkout. Today’s forms. What still slips on the login quiz. The hours against the regulation. How close the sheet is.

Enrollment

You send them in. They open PAVE and agree. They pay $29. You do not buy a seat. If they leave, you hear it.

Sign-in

Identity, TSA, medical, English — on the books before the first briefing. Not a stack waiting for Thursday night.

The gates

Locks. Medical, checkout, currency, the open lesson, today’s forms — both sides. Until those are in, the slot does not open. Legal is the floor. Proficient is the point.

Endorsements

All 34, the Advisory Circular’s own words, already on the line. You read. You sign. Thursday never rewrites the FAA.

Hours

They write themselves, live against the section they come from. No second tally. No wondering whether the cross-country counted.

The logbook

Bring theirs in. Send the hours back out. One line — never the app and then the book again.

The debrief

Grade against the ACS while you are still at the wing. A note written three days later is a reconstruction. They can tell.

What they know — and what still slips

Every login they are asked. You see the map before you brief. The next hours are the airspace they keep missing.

Check ride day

The examiner’s sheet is this file. Training and paper, already laid out. If a line is open, it says which — before anyone has driven out.

Anyone on PAVE

A student from another field can fly with you. Yours can fly with them. They say yes. Nothing already learned is rebuilt from memory.

The scheduler

A board inside the record — and it reads the others. Your day at a school that is not on PAVE still shows. Suggested times. Only the airplanes they can take. Book will not go live if a lock is still shut. Keep Flight Schedule Pro if you want. We read the feed.

student / course / month — stipend to you six months on three PPL

Invite. Import. Teach.

They used it at the last school. You open PAVE where they stopped. Nobody rebuilds a logbook to guess.

Six months. Then we look.

No extra free seats

There is no refer-three package. There is no year of free inventory. The spark is the intro. That is the whole offer.
